Lower Back Stretches

Below are some great videos that I have researched and found to be very helpful! Don’t forget to Warm Up Prior to Stretching , no need to injure yourself.  

You can start by doing a minute of walking in place and add in a few jumping jacks to get the blood pumping! Make sure to stretch at your own pace and within your flexibly range!!!! 

Including stretching in your everyday routine will be helpful in : increasing flexibility, range of motion, blood flow and also helping to de-stress and relax…..so take a few minutes and enjoy!

These help to stretch Low back , Gluets and Hip Flexors
This is great to do while sitting in your office chair, feels amazing in the middle of the workday, esp. if you do a lot of sitting or bending
This is a slow more relaxing technique, great 1-2 times a week before bed
